Please fill out all the necessary player and parent information. You will need to enter your credit card information as well. Your credit card will NOT be charged until your child is added. A KYSC board member will contact you via email if your child can be added.

What is included in the Registration Fee?
Each player will be equipped with a team uniform which includes a Shirt, Shorts and Socks.
Soccer cleats and an age-size soccer ball is optional to purchase at the parents discretion.
KYSC Player Placement & Refund Policy
"In an effort to fairly form teams, I acknowledge that the new registrants will be placed on a team based on the KISD placement where there is availability. KYSC will try to reform teams in the Spring based on the Fall season where possible. KYSC does not honor player requests or play ups. I also acknowledge that KYSC has a NO REFUND policy."
TEAM SPONSOR FORM
Credit card payments NOW accepted for "Team Sponsor" fees.
Please print a copy of your PayPal receipt and give it to your team representative (Coach/Team Parent). They must attach this receipt to the Sponsor Form that is submitted when screen printing your team's sponsor name on the back of the team's jerseys.
